How to specific a population atlas directory path in no-GUI mode #19

the command I used:
MultiSegPipeline --T1 /HeLabData2/sbzhang/reallocate_1_test_bcp/qsiprep/sub-11228/anat/sub-11228_desc-preproc_T1w.nii.gz --mask /HeLabData2/sbzhang/reallocate_1_test_bcp/qsiprep/sub-11228/anat/sub-11228_desc-brain_mask.nii.gz --T2 /HeLabData2/sbzhang/BCP3/sub-11228/ses-09/anat/sub-11228_ses-09_run-3_T2w.nii.gz --output /HeLabData2/sbzhang/temp --noGui --DWI /HeLabData2/sbzhang/reallocate_1_test_bcp/qsiprep/sub-11228/ses-09/dwi/sub-11228_ses-09_acq-multishell_space-T1w_desc-preproc_dwi.nii.gz
return
”Please select a population atlas directory“
but actually I didn't figure out how to specific the population atlas directory path in MultiSegPipeline --help, Thanks very much for your help!
