We have ekomark and yadmark as examples of full benchmarking banana applications.

While this is perfectly fine, they are not well-suited for banana development itself, and experimenting.

It would be optimal to have a package in here, something like bananamark (or bmark, bamark, banmark, or whatever), that is a very lightweight implementation of a bananaapp (similar toyadmarkandekomark`, but with the fewest ingredients as possible).
