Remove dir GreenHEART/examples/reference_plants, Reference Plant Designs are captured in ReferenceHybridSystemDesigns repository.

Plants are not being kept up to date in GreenHEART repository and examples of how to run the plant types are captured in Jupyter Notebooks.
