Replace default operational equations with measured data

For operational calculations where the number of occupants is known, we recently updated a few areas to use measured data:

• Hot water (distribution, fixtures, clothes washers, dishwashers): Update hot water end uses for operational calculations #1761
• Plug loads (television, misc): Update plug load end uses for operational calculations #1775

Other areas fallback to using asset equations (ANSI/RESNET 301 or BA HSP) based on number of bedrooms and a Nbr=f(Nocc) relationship from RECS to estimate usage as a function of number of occupants. Ideally these would be replaced with equations based on measured data. These areas are:

• Cooking range/oven
• Pool pumps/heaters
• Permanent spa pumps/heaters
• Well pumps
• Fuel loads (grills, fireplaces, lighting)
