AXIS metadata data - add to configuration or baseline #121

Anyone should feel free to add more (as new comments for discussion)
To baseline
- TEC temperature read back
Configuration attrs
- PSNU status
- other image manipulation parameters (gamma, etc)
- overlay with "0, 0" coordinates and beam stop coordinates
- remove "cam_model" or fix IOC to provide that information (because it does matter for downstream analysis flow if we have different models)
