[DOC] Update GQE doc to reflect v2 updates

A follow up to #373 . Will need the following:

• If needed, update the description of the algorithm in section "examples/CUDA-QA Solvers by Examples/GQE"
• Need to link to the newly added gqe_n2.py example in the above mentioned section
