Currently user doesn't have a good way of understanding how much IP space of a given VPC Prefix is currently in use by Instances.

Feature Description

A summary of IP usage/availability stats similar to IP Block usage stats should help make decisions about VPC Prefix selection for Instance provisioning.

Describe your ideal solution

VPC Prefix API object should gain a usageStats attribute. Both get and list VPC Prefix endpoints should return this.
