The link given in r/SpaceDollars for the Horizon Network/Platform (etc) will still create a secret key phrase for Horizon, but it will not connect to a server. http://nexthorizon.github.io/hz-source/ is the link given by the issuer of the currency SPCD "Space Dollars" (amongst others) and he made subreddits for that currency as well as others tied to Horizon.
