Hey guys, you point to a wrong url to download the package from Bintray. The package does not exists in Bintray nor JCenter. You may upload this package to BIntray first and then submit a request to link it to JCenter. The problem is totally on the contributor side and not on Bintray side.

I abandoned the API somewhat long ago. I guess when I moved the libraries around I may have unlinked Nekos4J or deleted the repository. I don't have repository access, anyways, and I'm honestly I'm not interested in maintaining this repository anymore. Everything is up to the Nekos.life developers now.
