event_loop pytest asyncio fixture is removed

pytest asyncio deprecated the event_loop fixture almost two years ago (ver 0.23 was released in Dec 2023) and removed via the following pull request for version 1.0

pytest-dev/pytest-asyncio#1106

It would be great to adapt BlackSheep unit tests to newer version of pytest asyncio.

Thank you for reporting this issue. I am reading on the subject to understand what needs to happen according to pytest-asyncio maintainers' recommendations.

I started working on this issue. Now that I recall, I probably ignored the upgrade of pytest-asyncio in the past because it doesn't work well anymore when using multiple packages to run tests, like I want to do in my case to separate slow running integration tests from fast running tests. I will try to merge all in the same package and filter them in another way.
