Add support for Perses and other visualization tools in Harvest dashboards

This request aims to enhance Harvest’s flexibility by making dashboards compatible with additional visualization tools beyond Grafana. This would allow a broader range of users, including those using Perses or other open-source platforms, to easily adopt Harvest without needing to recreate dashboards manually.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add support for dashboard definitions that can work with Perses and potentially other visualization tools. This could be achieved by:

• Providing dashboard templates in formats supported by multiple platforms.
• Offering a conversion utility or guidance to adapt Grafana dashboards for Perses.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Manually creating dashboards in Perses. While possible, this approach duplicates effort and may lead to inconsistencies.

Additional context
Adding compatibility would not only benefit us but also other community members who are looking for more flexibility. We’re happy to raise this request formally and contribute developer effort toward converting existing dashboards.

I gave version 0.52.0-beta.3 / 2025-08-12 of Perses a try. Looks like Perses includes a migrate command, but it doesn't work for most of the Harvest dashboards yet. I assume the migrate command will improve over time, seems like early days for Perses. I was able to import/migrate the cDOT and Cisco dashboards and most of the panels include data. Even though the panels were imported, some of them show errors like below
