Enhance bin/harvest grafana metrics to add template information

Hi, #1577 provides which metrics each dashboard uses, and I see "bin/harvest grafana metrics" can actually print them.

Is there a way to show which yamls are needed for each dashboard, if I use "REST" and "RESTPERF" APIs? I can map the result above with https://netapp.github.io/harvest/25.11/ontap-metrics/ but it's a bit hard to process. Thanks!

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Make it much easier for people to config Harvest, and update their configs for newer Harvest versions.

The changes of bin/harvest grafana metrics supports template path, are available in the nightly build if you want to give it a try.
