Additional context

I'm specifically interested in findPeer through KAD-DHT, which enables decentralized peer discovery for end to end streams.

TODO:

• Create project and test project for Kademilia protocol
• Add protobuf types defined in https://github.com/libp2p/specs/blob/master/kad-dht/README.md
• Add protocol that that uses simple structure to store the buckets, like list or so
• Add tests
• Integrate Kademilia table implementation from Nethermind when it's ready

) should expose peers stored and change method 'Discover' to another name and let DHT do the discovery while PeerStore stores peers that DHT decides is the closest

Maybe in dotnet can have the fun of 'plugins' to ISessionProtocol's methods which listens for a specific opcode when ISession has gotten dialed to execute and facilitates communication through some hub that would be the 'hub' of the plugin communication in general and intercepting / multiplexing parallel the Session's traffic
