Whole brain connectivity datasets in standardised formats

Convert large scale cortical connectivity data sets to standardised formats (e.g. NeuroMLlite) for use with tools in this SIG, e.g. visualisation on OSB. Related to #4

Have a look at https://github.com/OpenSourceBrain/ConnectivityShowcase/tree/master/TVB for a direct import of your data (not yet via TVB)
