+- Grey market price : Only apply for IPO with 20% GMP

+
+- retails- individual investor with shares less than 2 lakh rupee
+- QIB- Qualified institutional buyers- mutual funds, NBFC, investement management companies
+- NII- Non institutional Investors
+    - Small HNI- individual applicants who apply for shares worth 2 lakh to 10
+    - Big HNI-10lakh or more
+- Allotment happens on lottery basis
