Sometimes, when use blur tool, on consequent resize, it is not respected.

This might be a Windows only issue when scaling is a factor.

edit: It seems to be only blur tool, both mosaic and gaussian. and only an issue when multiple blurs made. When single blur it seems ok.

It also happens on Ubuntu with Firefox 50 and the latest version of NativeShot.

@Noitidart
Do you have any clue what's causing this and how to solve it?
Due to this bug, blurring screenshots isn't working reliable, even when you blur only one area.

Thanks so much @sojusnik for checking up. I actually haven't to look into it. I'm working real hard to try to embed chromium into a native messaging binary for win/mac/*nix so I can future proof this. As i got word they will for sure remove my addon sometime this year unless I convert it. :(

I'm also thinking it's really hard embeding chromium after working on it for a three months now. I found a way to inject into Windows process. On Linux it seems I am able to do it without injecting into process. On mac I need to find a way to inject into process. So if I can figure out the mac injection then I can forget the embeding chromimum and pray that i don't run into a need for injection on linux.
