Popup Delay

When click or hit hotkey, the screenshot is taken immediately HOWEVER it takes from 300ms-7s to pop open the editor. Anything more then 500ms is way too long. Fix this. Affecting v1.8+.

@sojusnik may you please test this attached version. It opens a spinning logo to show its opening the editor. It doesnt set the spinning image to be always on top so I'm not sure how it works out. On windows it does pop up in front of everything.

Actually @sojusnik this one forces set on top for the loading image too, I think its better, please test this one. If it has issues please try previous one and I'll revert.

Since I'm quite busy nowadays, it would be more convenient for me to get normal updates via Firefox and report bugs, if they occur.
