Key presses not transmitted when not in full scren mode

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect to a remote desktop
2. Open a remote editor
3. type some text

What is the expected output?
The text should be displayed in the editor

What do you see instead?
No text is transmitted

(Works when in full screen mode)
