Describe the bug

When the French language is selected in the parameters,
an error occurs when opening the popup for editing emails (mail.compose.message),
when the module "mail_optional_follower_notification" is active.

To Reproduce

Affected versions: 16.0

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a fresh runboat
2. Verify the installation of the module mail_optional_follower_notification, otherwise install it
3. Modify the general settings to install the French language
4. Go to any chatter and open the editing of sending an email
5. Observe the error
