Add option to interaactively resume on full disk space

Feature description

I often process big GeoTIFFs or multiple in parallel and sometimes it happens that it fails near the end because of the full disk space. It would be useful instead to display a prompt with the error message and option to resume/cancel. That way it would be possible to free some space by (re)moving some other files and continue to the happy end.

For me it would be very useful at least for gdalwarp, gdal_translate, gdaladdo and nearblack tools.
