Areas disappear on low zoom levels

Unlike nodes, places mapped as areas disappear form the changeset diff map on low zoom levels.

E.g. for this CS where two areas where changed, no changes are highlighted on the map in in the initial zoomed out to boundary box size view.

It would be better to also highlight areas on low zoom levels to make reviewing bigger changests easier.
