S3 buckets do not have a unique name.
The state bucket needs to have stricter rules.

Make improvements to the backend and storage module:

• Allow configurable bucket names to make them unique.
• Edit defaults like force_destroy_bucket in examples.
• Accidental deletion protection.
• Enable S3 Object Lock for state bucket.
