Describe the solution you'd like

  • Move the issue/release author to the bottom line with date/comments metadata, the author should go first.
  • if the issue/release title text is too long it should be automatically cut off with ... at the end to avoid multi-line rendering.
  • show short month name for the data (Feb instead of February)

@arkid15r regarding 1st sub-task,
If i change the author name , date and meta data in one line then sometimes(if the name is too long and metadata also) all will not fit in one line and some part will render in next line which may diminish the visualisation.

Can we truncate it? It's in the issue description, right?

I was talking about this Move the issue/release author to the bottom line with date/comments metadata, the author should go first.
it's both in issue and release discription. yes we can truncate it on the basis of dynamic remaining width .
To maintain the consistency , do we need to propagate the changes in issue and release section of project details page ?
