HTTP external links in info.md can be upgraded to HTTPS

While reviewing info.md, I noticed two external references that use HTTP.

- Apache Maven: http://maven.apache.org/
- BSD License: http://www.opensource.org/licenses/bsd-license.php

Both resources are available over HTTPS and resolve correctly.

Proposed change:
- Update the links to HTTPS without modifying any surrounding content.

Please let me know if this is acceptable before I open a PR.
