TripStatus should contain all vehicle descriptor information #248

Currenlty OBA is returning in the TripStatus element just the vehicle id.

It would be very helpful if OBA could even return the vehicle label and license plate as these data can be useful for the end user. Of course I'm referring to what listed in https://developers.google.com/transit/gtfs-realtime/reference#message-vehicledescriptor.
