Versioning: Change version number scheme to match netbox release.

To simplify compatibility checking it would be good if the plugin version would match the Netbox version it supports. Current v0.6.0 works only with NB 4.2.X, if the plugin version was 4.2.0 it would clearly indicate which version of Netbox it works with.
