Working on remotes chapter

Hi, this is mostly as a FYI post, to say I'm working on the text a bit. I like the idea, and I've previously written some instructions on various tricks with ssh, so I'm incorporating those into the Working Remotely chapter. I'll make a pull request when I get the stuff written.

I'll add some basics about ssh, scp, simplifying stuff .ssh/config, setting up keys for authentication, using ssh tunnels and maybe about mounting a file system over ssh with sshfs.
