"Pin to open shell start menu" is missing on start-menu search-result

To reproduce

1. Open Start menu
2. Type the name of a program
3. Right click the found program icon
4. Can't find "Pin to open shell start menu"

Expected behavior

See "Pin to open shell start menu"

Is it missing for other than gpedit items?

On my machine there is no Pin to Start menu (Open-Shell) item only for gpedit item (for whatever reason).
The rest (like chgport, gpresult, etc) have such option.

Maybe it is due to .msc extension?

Ok, thank you for confirming.
For some reason we show Pin option only for:

• folders
• shell items
• exe/lnk files

If you really need to pin other items to start menu, please, create feature request with description what exactly do you need.
