Description
Describe the bug
Hi,
For years, I've been using Open-Shell with pleasure and ease. However, when changing just now to a new Win 11 build 24h2 laptop (pending 25h2 build, which I won't install before knowing there will b)e no obstacles like with 24h2 on my previous device!), your app (latest version 4_4_196) appears to install as usual without a problem. It appears at startup, etc. However, after restarting the machine, the usual shell icon does not appear left of the taskbar. What should I do. I have tried to restart the app via Task Manager, nothing doing. I tried several other things, without any result. What's going on again with MM Windows???
Area of issue
Taskbar
To reproduce
Click on desktop to make taskbar appear
Expected behavior
I expected to see the shell icon appear on the left of the taskbar. In fact, open-shell doesn't seem able to do anything...
Open-Shell version
4_4_196
Windows version
Windows 11 24h2
Additional context
Very time-consuming for such a small thing!
