StartAllback incompatibility

Describe the bug

The problem is that when a tray icon is added by any program, the taskbar buttons move a few pixels to the right, this happens when I set classic or custom start button, while the Aero start button works without problem.

Both with my settings and with the default settings.
I also tried many settings in Startallback.

Additional context

As a workaround , I edited StartMenuDLL.dll with Resource Hacker and changed Aero start with my own custom start, but the new problem is understanding the animation format, I mean the top pixels of the image:

I remember reading about it many years ago in the classic shell forum, but I can't find anything now, the main problem is that I want a simple start with 3 states (normal, hover and pressed), not an animation with 12 frames.

Update: I added a regular start button as the Aero start button with Resource Hacker and the problem occurred again, so it seems the problem is with the three-state pngs and not the animated pngs, to be more sure I also used a custom animated png as the start button and the problem was solved like with the original Aero start button.

Update 2: I noticed that if I set a small button or make it smaller with the Button size option, the taskbar buttons moves in the opposite direction, I mean it moves to the left and it depends on the size, if the button is too small or too big the distance will be more, but I also found a sweet spot where the taskbar doesn't move, which is 54 (so size less than 54 moves to the left while size greater than 54 moves to the right), strange.
