Log Explorer streaming mode (no end date)

What is the use case or problem this feature would solve?

Log Explorer has to continually update the end date to get latest data

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice if the Log Explorer operated similarly to Command History where if you do not have a end date (default) it will continually stream the log files.
