See @scottkurz concerns here for Eclipse: OpenLiberty/liberty-tools-eclipse#494. Determine whether this also applies to LTI and resolve any issues. I also suspect that LTI (as of 24.0.12) would be pointing to a path in the aggregator module and would need to enhance our support to calculate the URL in the correct Liberty sub-module. See the various ViewTestReport actions for their current implementations.
