File thumbnails don't show up after upload of new files

If I do a file upload to Wikimedia Commons with OpenRefine + the Commons extension installed, file thumbnails will appear broken after upload (even after closing and reopening a project).

A broken file icon will appear instead:

I would expect a thumbnail to appear, if the user has installed the Commons extension.

I get this issue with OpenRefine 3.7.2 and the Commons extension 0.1.1 but I think I remember seeing this with previous versions too.
