BUG

When using the SOLR Tracking tool, in the field
Approx Index Time Remaining: 0 Seconds
The "Seconds" text is never translated, it doesn't matter on what the current browser's language preference.

Actual behavior

The "seconds" text is always shown as "Seconds".

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Set the browser language as English;
Acess the SOLR Tracking tool and check the field "Approx Index Time Remaining:"
Set the browser language as any other of the supported language, (ex: german or spanish) and check the page again.
The "Seconds" text is always there.

Additional details (analysis so far, log statements, references, etc.)

The text is coming from Solr's report, and the text is displayed as is.

FEATURE / ENHANCEMENT

ENHANCEMENT

What I believe would be the right way to do it is to take just the number (in seconds) from the Solr report, show it as the value, and in the label and description for the fields, include the seconds unit, translated for the current language.
