Add support for choice of dataset version ? 

- As overture might have different releases if we add this as a parameter in cli or in import it would be nice and easy to maintain 
We can add this as param here : https://github.com/OvertureMaps/overturemaps-py/blob/6e959b56090d4c13764efc34bcb24f9a0f0fc860/overturemaps/core.py#L98 , Might  be easy in future release ?
