Change name of "type" to "feature"

Right now Overture Data is ordered in a 2 level hierarchy of theme then type. The word type is quite overloaded in software / data engineering. I think it would be better to refer to types as features.

This would require changing the partition column name and values for all data. S3 paths would look like
