Remove all vestiges of the auth-token from the Data Portal

EDI is moving away from the legacy authentication/authorization processing that relies on the PASTA self-structured authentication token and will, instead, uses the EDI token acquired from the new IAM service. For this reason, all vestiges of the legacy auth-token should be removed from the Data Portal.
