Activity Points Visible when Turned Off

What's happened?

I have Activity Points but they're turned off for:
sending
purchasing

It still shows how many activity points were sent and/or purchased in the user's profile

Steps to reproduce:

1. Turn off sending/gifting/purchasing activity points but activity points are ON
2. Should just show how many points they have for uploading videos, images
3. Still Shows how many Bought, Received, Retrieved

What's expected?

Expected it to change. If buying points allows it would show bought, If sending isn't allowed, Sent should not be displayed. If you cannot purchase activity points, Bought should disappear.

Browsers and Devices tested

(Example: Chrome on iPhone X, Safari on Macbook, Miscrosoft Edge on Windown 10, Firefox on Ubuntu 16.04, ...)
