[Feature] Add "Community Voices" section to showcase member testimonials

Feature Summary

Introduce a new section on the website to highlight testimonials and growth stories from community members.

Problem or Need

Currently, the PICT OSS website does not showcase real experiences or feedback from community members.

New visitors have no clear way to understand:

• How being part of the community helps students grow
• What members genuinely like about the community
• The impact of the community beyond numbers or events

This makes it harder to build trust, credibility, and emotional connection with potential members.

Describe the Solution

Add a dedicated section on the website titled "Community Voices" (name can be finalized later) on the home page.

This section will:

• Feature short testimonials from community members
• Highlight how the community helped them grow (learning, confidence, OSS exposure, networking, etc.)
• Explain why they enjoy being part of the community

Suggested format:

• Card-based layout
• Member name, year, department
• Short quote or paragraph (2–4 lines)
• Optional profile picture or avatar

This section should feel authentic, student-led, and welcoming rather than corporate.

Hey @SarangRao20 , there are some new responses to the Google Form which we had circulated initially. Kindly add those new responses as well.
