This is not a error or bug . I just didn't get a proper explanination thus writing here. Please expian.
I ran gridss on WGS data and annotated with SVAnnotator. There is no issue in this part. When I am checking result of 'inversion' SV data I found that the ID column have same gridss ID like gridss3ff_12011h and gridss3ff_12011o only 'h' and 'o' is the difference.
and if I chcek start and end position it is just 1 base differnce in both.
What is these two IDs mean?
