Smithing reactor parts

What did you expect to happen?

When i make a reactor part from the smithy that it doesn't brick the smithing table.

What happened instead?

making the part cause it to be permanently stuck on the unfinished state where you have to hammer it for completion on the smithing table despite it already creating the item.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

i bricked my smithing table, therefore i can no longer smith unless is rebuild it.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

smith a reactor part, and just try hammering its completion and realized you have the part but its also on the table still?

I was unable to reproduce this issue on an updated local or on prod, and tried with several types of reactor rods, a productivity bit, etc.
