What did you expect to happen?

Swarmer to not consider the emitter a threat.

What happened instead?

A swarmer in the SM chamber was shooting at an emitter behind a wall repeatedly.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

Swarmers shouldn't target emitters with a disabler since it won't do anything.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Put some swarmers near an emitters then watch.
