when creating leaders, the "create_corps_commander", "create_field_marshal" and "create_navy_leader" won't work incorrectly if the leaders created from the command are also assigned to Officer Corps High Command advisor roles.
The new "add_corps_commander_role", "add_field_marshal_role" and "add_naval_commander_role" are meant to be used instead.
