Increasing the max size in docker

Hi, I wanted to increase the max file size with a docker installation from the 256MB, but did nothing find out which php.ini file it is singe bothe where set to 8MB or 2MB. I did find the app.ini in the .docker folder but when I changed the value there nothing happened.

Idealy one could set it via the .yml file but a simple explanation in the docs would also help.
