Instagram is broken in my tests and the mdx-embed site

Describe the bug
Instagram failed in my tests with the message:
see error message below

i went to the mdx-embed site to see if instagram was working there. the message was the same:

www.instagram.com/api/v1/web/accounts/fb_profile/:1
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()
xvYJzqFORDT.js?_nc_x=Ij3Wp8lg5Kz:59 ErrorUtils caught an error:

unable to fetch fb link info

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://www.mdx-embed.com/?path=/docs/components-instagram--usage'
2. notice the loading link where the example should be
3. open dev tools
4. See error

a display of the embedded Instagram post
