Advent of AI Risks #549
Description
As the initial idea of the spanish chapter, we worked on an advent of ai risks. The idea was to start the 30th of November (wink to the 3rd aniversary of public chatgpt release) and release for 27 days (wink to ai2027).

Yesterday we decided to repurpose it and change the approach (the way i currently see it, it will no longer be an advent but most of the functionality will be the same).
The reason is mostly inhability to produce de quality of the docuemtns the chapter would aspire to (thus... heads up we do not have the content yet).
If this could be by any means valuable to the global site, I would happily integrate it in the site.
