Pelican Server type not updated

When I delete a Origin or Cache from a server with both the servers is_origin or is_cache field isn't updated.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior.

Start up a federation in a box with both, approve the registrations and delete one.

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

I expect the record to update.
