Update Automapper dependency in Piranha.Data.EF.csproj

The current stable version of Automapper appears to be 16.0.0 but Piranha.Data.EF.csproj is currently locked to 12.0.1.

data/Piranha.Data.EF/Piranha.Data.EF.csproj

Is there a reason for that specific version?

I'm happy to take a look at migrating it, if it helps.
