Doesn't work with Runcam camera?

I have two playuavosd. One is with old firmware and works with my runcam owl plus, but with small bugs. The other one is with the latest firmware and does not work properly on this camera. In the ntsc mode the characters become sintilant and weak. In PAL mode it works, but my camera is NTSC. Where to download of old firmware?
