To debug the full frontend (+backend) pipeline:

Clone policyengine-app and policyengine-api
In call.js in policyengine-app, set API="http://127.0.0.1:5000/"
In policyengine-api, run make install and then make debug
In policyengine-app, run make install and then make debug
Then go to localhost:3000
